A Thai delegation led by Commerce Minister of Thailan Krirk-Krai has arrived at Agartala to explore possibilities of promoting trade and commerce with the North-eastern states. The 35 member trade delegation will reach Guwahati today and visit the famous "silk village"-Sualkuchi in Kamrup district, before attending a business summit at Guwahati. Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi, Industries Minister Pradyut Bordoloi and top State Government officials will participate in the summit. The delegation will visit Shillong on tomorrow. AIR Guwahati correspondent reports that the visit of the trade delegation is sponsored as part of the country's Look-East policy.
