The Election Commission of India has decided to allow voters to exercise their franchise based on their Electoral Photo Identity Card in the bye-elections to be held on 12th next month in Andhra Pradesh.Addressing a press conference after reviewing bye-election preparations in Hyderabad this evening, Election Commissioner H S Brahma said only EPICs will be used as ID proof as cent percent EPIC distribution was achieved in the state.
